except during the YOGA included Yoga Chair sessions. 
Please bring your own YOGA MAT for Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Piyo
 Cardio Kick Ripped, Chair Yoga and Mat Pilates
The Roseville studio is open from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM daily. Closed 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM 
and then reopens 4:00 PM until 8:30 PM( Monday - Friday)  SATURDAY - 8 AM - 1 PM
