except during the YOGA sessions.

 Cardio Kick Ripped, Chair Yoga and Mat Pilates
The Roseville studio is open from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM daily. Closed 12:00 PM until 4:30 PM 
and then reopens 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM( Monday - Friday)  SATURDAY - 8:30 AM - 1 PM
